Nothing to complain about, the venue met needs. There were fruit juices and cereals for breakfast. Liked a storage, the usual tea/coffee making facilities, and tea, coffee in the room. The service provided there was good. The location was handy and the staff was friendly attentive during the whole stay! Plus, we stayed just a short stroll away from Led Phear Park.

Loved my very comfortable stay for 5 nights. The location was brilliant and lovely, close to other beaches to the east and places to the west via EXETER, the seafront, and the sea front and pub and restaurant. Moreover, it was 3 km from Exmouth Model Railway. Had good sleep at the triple room with a good shower.

The location of the B&B is magnificent and absolutely perfect. The breakfast is very, very good, with a variety of cereals. The room is airy and neat, with ample storage and the usual tea/coffee making facilities. The owner was incredibly helpful, providing us with great recommendations for exploring the area. The full English breakfast was delicious and gave us a great start to the day. The off-street parking was convenient, although we had to park on the street a few times. The location was perfect, just a short walk or drive into town and the beautiful seafront. I highly recommend this B&B for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
